I had a great stay at this hotel in Krakow. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Market Square in the old quarter. It was so convenient and made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff were welcoming and informative, providing us with all the necessary details for our stay. Lastly, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. this hotel offered great value for money with its attention to detail and prime location.
Everything was ok, no improvements needed.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the old town and main square. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The wifi worked without any issues, and I felt welcome throughout my stay.
The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.
